You are lucky with the car. Friend of mine bought the Full Fat V8 diesel one and is a regular visitor to the dealer now with all sorts of issue, some dangerous ones where the car does not pull away from junctions and just crawls.

"Nothing in the computer sir", type response.

Great from a garage where he has had RRs for the last 15 years or so.
 
Now that sounds like my last BMW dealer! I think it's drawing straws with any dealership you deal with irrespective of the brand! Admittedly early days yet so will be interesting how they pan out over time.
