I'm in a random car park near the port. Bit of a dodgy moment. As I pulled into the car park there where gypsy type caravans and white vans. Five blokes all stood and watched me drive in. I then put hood up and turned lights off. After about 5 mins they all approached the car. I felt a bit er intimidated lol. I just opened my door and made the international sleeping signal. They muttered something and left me to it lol. I thought is this the moment I loose my money and maybe my virginity lol

Not far from home now mate , how have you managed for over 2 weeks without a pie :P

Must be my sick humour but made me laugh out loud.

All looking great. Think it is going to be a bit windy tonight for the crossing. Must be bad as they are cancelling flights to Europe from where I am in the US.
 
What port are you sailing to an from Pete ?
(Hope it's plain sailing where ever it is though !)
 
Well, I can guarantee you wonnt be finishing the last leg iwth the top down if you dock this afternoon.

wrong, all the way back from Gibraltar with the roof down, a couple of wet spells but even so i did it :driving: :thumbsup:

as i came past the toll road its was absolutely pouring down, the only thing that stopped the roof going up was that it wasnt safe to stop cos i was in road works, this made it worse cos i was having to drive at 50mph

no its just a cheap thing i got from argos, it could be a regatta, i got it a couple of years ago, if i recall it was £29.99
