So then my rear bumper and some other parts came back from the paintshop. I wanted the 35is diffuser painted in Maserati colour to get it more visual.

Pics from the fitment:

Then i mounted my new bumper intake surroundings that are painted in the same Maserati colour:

I think the front bumper has a more Z4M feel now with the open intakes, but it was a big job to get these surroundings in a quality I was pleased with. Better pics will come :)

After that I got the rollover covers mounted in car colour matching paint. But also the alcantara covers where mounted for the first time:

And last the painted glossy black kidneys where mounted:

Some new better quality pics as promised:) The car is for the moment on winter wheels:(

I did a badge mod I think its not everybody's taste, but to me its looks better than the SDrive 35i badge that was there before. I just bought the M135i badge and trowed away the 1:)

So here you go:

Then I have retrofitted a M footrest on my Z :D

There is one problem with retrofitting the original M footrest, it`s not possible to buy for the Z4 E89 :x I think it is because the dam footrest is glued to the floor.

So, this is what I did. I bought a F10 M footrest on ebay, the footrest looks the same but the F10 one is wider. So I had to split it to get the shape that would be possible to fit in the Z4

So here it goes:

The old one goes... Its really hard work to get it off

The mark shows how much that will have to go

After cutting, a little rough on the edges

So some grinding had to be done to get it all even

I spent 28hours in the weekend detailing my Z4. I will do a own thread later with pics of that. But for now I show the final pics of the car in the used car department at the company I work for:) :-)

The pics show Summer wheels on, New velour floor mats with custom beige leather edges and retrofitted M footrest...
