Do you have an idea of the extent of the damage yet Rob? just wondered if its drivable, and you can stall the repairs till you move,, Just mentioned it to Josh (my son you met at Beaulieu), and he is gutted for you,

I drove it off the railway sleeper today and it’s not as bad as I feared, I don’t know how but the front bumper seems to be virtually unscathed 
Needs a rear bumper & boot lid repair, new rear light and some small bits&bobs, after speaking to my insurance co they’ve kindly agreed to waver my excess charge.

Ta, I live at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and have a pretty sizeable driveway-I still can’t believe the low life vermin hit my car. Smartbear towers feels sullied somehow :x

Exactly this ^^ police were chasing the scumbag who jumped from the car & legged it leaving his car careering down my drive & into the zed, it’s pushed it around 10ft into and over a railway sleeper at the end

No shortage of witnesses then. :roll: Was the handbrake off? Hopefully the damage is just the bumper and tracking.
On the bright side moving house will at least mean you can put this one behind you too Rob.

Handbrake on, leaving long trails in the gravel-at least it didn’t hit anything solid in front
