My cars fucked :/

So I've put my car back to stock and now I keep getting the cel come up

When the car is cold and I start up the engine misfires and stutters around...so I have to hold the accelerator down a touch to hold the revs until it warms up...then the light comes on....

When I drive around the car drives generally okay...but feels lumpy sometimes when at constant throttle and sometimes when coming to a stop the revs will dip to the point it almost stalls...
Also with very very very slight throttle when parked up the revs will drop to around 350rpm

The codes that come up are:
P1415
P0303
P0304
P0305
And one just comes up as N/A

But when I clear the codes And I start the car up and the engine is warm it doesn't misfire...and sometimes the light won't come on...and the only code that shows is p1415

Now I'm using the maf sensor for the first time in a while as I was using the alpha n tune so obv with the codes and recent work etc I'm led to that area of fault...but I swapped the maf with a second hand one which was working and the light still came on after a while....so I'm less inclined to buy a new one...
Altho I'm told the ecu adapts to maf degradation so maybe it's thrown it out
At light taps of the throttle the engine does make some air intake/exhale noises coming from around the airbox...could be a vacuum issue but not sure....and I'd have noticed that before when running the alpha n software too?
It could be something like the stock ecu car map hasn't loaded properly? Would that cause a misfire when cold but when warm it doesn't?
I'm just not sure guys???
Thoughts?

Who reset the mapping back to stock? If it wasn't the people that fitted the intake etc I'd check to see if anything else needed to be modded when the intake was fitted and get that reset too.

I've done a bit of digging around. The P1415 code points that there is a problem with secondary air pump. Operating parameters for this part may be why you have the issue when cold as it only runs for first 90 secs from cold start or until coolant reaches temperature. I'd check relay behind glovebox or check connections around pump.

It's the round thing top left of engine bay

I had the p1415 code on my car for over a year with the cel light luminated. It caused no issues at all and the car ran fine but obviously the secondary air pump wasn't working. An auto electrician finally found an issue with the fuse box, it had furred up a little at the back so he cleaned it which resolved my issue and the secondary air pump started working again :)

The more reading I do Woots, and tying up with your symptoms, it's sounding like a potential vacuum leak?

Like you say though, it's weird you wouldn't have noticed any problems before, unless something has been disturbed or mis-fitted during the reinstall of the stock inlet manifold and intake.

Why have you gone back to standard?

The codes could be a lot of things.....But i dare say its am air leak or vacuum leak..

Hmmm I'm wondering if it's something to do with the map not quite being correct or something...or f**k knows I have no idea

Might just bite the bullet and take it to a dealer...I need the courtesy car option so I can get to work etc so might just have to do it :(

Yeah they hadn't connected a pipe up underneath the plenum....schoolboy!
Was basically a vacuum leak
