like the subject says. I ordered my cable through BMcables.com and received the cable today. There is a slight crack in the housing  , which I can deal with, but the software that was supposed to be on the supplied 2 DVD's are blank.
WTF?? Is this company legit? or did I just get hosed out of my money? I thought that I could download the software somewhere or should I get a hold of them and see what's up?
I have an amber check engine light on my 2003 2.5 and was hoping to look into it using this cable. I am in the computer business so using the software should come very easy to me, I just need to get it on my computer. I still can't believe a company would send 2 blank DVD's along with their cables. looks like someone at there company was a little toasted when they tried to use simple burning software.
Any suggestions would be very appreciated!!
