my BMCable arrived and the DVD's are blank- now what??

like the subject says. I ordered my cable through BMcables.com and received the cable today. There is a slight crack in the housing  , which I can deal with, but the software that was supposed to be on the supplied 2 DVD's are blank. :headbang: WTF?? Is this company legit? or did I just get hosed out of my money? I thought that I could download the software somewhere or should I get a hold of them and see what's up? :tumbleweed:

I have an amber check engine light on my 2003 2.5 and was hoping to look into it using this cable. I am in the computer business so using the software should come very easy to me, I just need to get it on my computer. I still can't believe a company would send 2 blank DVD's along with their cables. looks like someone at there company was a little toasted when they tried to use simple burning software.

Any suggestions would be very appreciated!!

Dare I say, the software is technically 'free' as it isn't theirs to sell.

If you know where to look, you can have it sourced yourself. I'd be more concerned about the crack in the housing and wanting them to sort that out.
