The mirror vibrating might be a sign it's coming loose. You can remove it and refasten it, there are threads on here about that.
The key not turning is often just the steering pressing against the locking mechanism, wriggling the wheel should allow the key to turn.
The steering lightness is likely just the electric power steering doing its thing. Check the tyre pressures and maybe switch off run flats once your tyres need replacing for an improved ride.
Gear shift notchy from first to second is common. A lot of people say getting the clutch delay valve removed or modified will fix this.
