After a week away having a new suit fitted for its birthday... its back..

Congrats, my 3g connection is slow so cant see the pics but will take a look tomorrow when i get back from scotchland after picking up mine :D

Cheers. Yeah lots of dough but I'd put it aside for a remap or the detail and figured you were right 300hp is more than enough and I'd rather it was taken back to a new car look as after three years it was sorely needed. Hopefully ill get the detailers pics soon and that will show the difference.

Hopefully by not going cheap, it's a detail that will last. Great believer in you get what you pay for.

:thumbsup: Looks great mate, you cant beat swissvax products. Did you get the hubs painted aswell? I'd love to see a shot or two of those.
 
Yep, paint sorted to no swirls or halos, hubs painted, calipers painted, all silver. Arches cleaned and dressed, looks like factory, clean as a whistle under there. Then the interior too. Other than the odd filled stone chip it looks spot on.

Took him just over 3 full days!

How did those scratches get so bad, is it just 'cos its black? Looks like you were washing it with a brillo :cry:

Never had a black car.

That is very nice!

Love the shots of the side panels (well, all of them actually!), looks like Torvil and Dean had been practicing!!!!

It's the lighting they use, shows everything on the paint.
 
Correct, the lighting makes it look much worse, but yes, the car was quite bad when I bought it. I spent time getting it as good (or bad) as it was, but couldn't get it to the level that the detailer could so finally stumped up the cash. Well worth it I think you'll agree.
 
Looks great mate, an you text me the costs etc mate, was it away for 5 days?
