Finally got round to taking a few pics of my Alpina so here they are. Before anyone says anything I know it needs washed and the backdrop isn't exactly stunning but you get the idea!

Looks great curtis.....you can hardly tell how many times its been on fire :driving:

  It been a long time since anything like that's happened but hey, that's what touch up paints for! I havn't even broken anything for at least a month. The engine warning light came on I suppose but that doesn't count!

In standard form the only external Alpina badges were on the wheel centres and the name on the back. I fitted the rear badge easily enough and I retrofitted two boot badges onto the side indicators at the same time as replacing them with clear lenses. The front is a domed sticky which fitted inside the original badge perfectly. When I fitted the CSL rims I had a new problem because the centres were larger and there was no standard fit Alpina centres for them. I got a set of domed stickys from Ebay and fitted them to a new set of CSL centres. To be honest I ordered a lot of stickys from a lot of places but they were all cr*p. The ones I finally got are very well made but quite expensive. When I say they're domed I mean that there's about 4mm of plastic in the centre of them and about 2mm at the edges giving them a rounded look. So far they seem to be weather and pressure washer proof!

Well I think it's beautiful...hard to tell the details of the inside though...standard black?

Thanks! The interior is black with red seats and door cards. I'll try to get a pic sometime. Glad you still like the wheels Vroomer!

curtis, is your alpina side skirt different from the regular z4? because i notice there's like a line in ur side skirts

He's got the BMW aerokit skirts fitted, not standard on any model but easily fitted http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1568

I'd just fitted them that day and I thought I'd take the opportunity to get some pics at the same time. Fitting them was easy, it probably took 90 mins maximum. They came from the stealer pre painted and complete with new fittings etc. I've got a new front spoiler on its way because mines badly chipped so the car should look A1 once that's fitted. 8)

Curtis, my front spoiler was scraped up pretty good too as I bought it used. Be sure and post photos of the new ones.

Beautiful car :)

My front spoiler is badly chipped too, there are white spots all over it. I will have it repainted. Apparently you're not supposed to drive this car at speeds higher than 50mph if you like to keep a clean appareance of the spoiler :x .
