My 35is

Hi guys this isn't an advert its just me saying that I may sadly be thinking that it may be time to let my Z go, I turned 70 last week and my health isn't brilliant so I'm just asking if anybody would be interested if I do finally say goodbye to it.
I've done the usual and got a price off WBAC which was not too bad, then rang the dealer I bought the car from brand new, and I was pleased to say they offered a good price and were really keen to buy the car, so at the moment I'm giving it some thought as they say, but my preference would be to let it go to someone who I hope would cherish it like I have.

Just a brief about the car is that it is a 35is with only a genuine 9000 miles, in Melbourne Red with beige leather, fully loaded except for a heated steering wheel, its been kept in a heated garage and only used during the summer months and never even used in the rain (how sad) needless to say its totally like the day it came out of the showroom except for the fitting of new non runflats a couple of thousand miles ago.

What a great buy for someone. How often do cars like this come up? If this had been on offer when I bought mine I would have snapped your hand off. I really envy whoever the lucky buyer is. GLWTS. :thumbsup:
 
This is a bit of a thinking aloud post.
If the dealer offered you a good price then that’s the least hassle route to go down but you’ll then potentially see it listed (if you look) at a much higher price at the dealers or somewhere else.

Or... write a proper advert, state your price and post some pictures. Sounds like a lovely car with a good spec, nice colour combination and very low miles. Could just be the thing for someone on the hunt. The fact it’s a 35is certainly makes it more interesting too.
 
That's sad news OP. :(

But a 35is in Melbourne Red with Beige leather with just 9K miles it sounds like it must be one of the best E89s around!

I wish you well with your health issues regardless of whether you sell. :thumbsup:

Agreed. I think to be fair to folks who may well be interested, but don’t read this because it isn’t an advert, may well miss out. So as and when please post an ad in the requisite section.
