Mv2's rub

Just put a set of mv2's on my car, don't think they are BMW as they are not marked on fronts!

They have 4 newish tyres on with alot of tread, when driving I can here an aeroplane like noise and slight vibration when at slow speeds, it's not that bad but what could it be?
 
Just had them balanced and checked tyre reviews they were horrendous they are fullrun hp199 tyres, basically real bad road noise and vibration avoid at all costs!!!
 
never heard of those tyres :o

if they are rubbing and staggered setup - you have got them on the right way round? ie Widest at the back??

Same tyre sizes front & back? Z4 MV2s are staggered, so wider wheels and tyres at the rear (255s). Other BMs also use MV2 - my e61 runs them, non-staggered and different offsets (20).

Any numbers visible on the faces of the wheels - I'll check mine and see if they match if you like.
 
Z4 MV2s are staggered - wider wheels at the back by 0.5 inch - tyres 225 at front and 255 at rear. If yours are same tyre size maybe you have a non staggered set from a different BMW or they are reps (do they have the number 13 in raised font between two of the bolt holes - both of my sets do) - or the rear tyres are a bit more streched across the wheel (possible but not probable)
