MV2 Genuine BMW Staggered wheels and Tyres

Genuine BMW Staggered Set Up MV2 wheels and tyres off my ‘06 2.5si. 8j x18 is47 fronts, 8.5j is50 rears. Front tyres are good with 5 /5.5mm tread, rears are legal with 2 / 2.5mm tread. Upon inspection after just giving them a wipe over, there appears to be a small crack in one of the rears which I am surprised to find as they never lost any pressure in the 18 months I had them fitted. General condition is ok with minimal curbing only on one wheel but would benefit from a refurb.
