Multiple Phone Connection

From my searching and manual reading, I can see that after connecting multiple phones to the Bluetooth, the last one paired is the active one if both are present.

As I always carry both work and personal phones, does anyone know how to force a switch between the two whilst driving?

That would be awesome. Having one phone connected to bluetooth and having to carry a bluetooth headset as well is a ball ache.
 
Switch off bluetooth on the paired device and it will find the next one on the list.

That's about the best I can offer :(
