Wanted one of these myself but wasn't willing to pay the current £500 UK prices so had do do some lateral thinking and sourced mine from USA as that is where the cars are made.
I got mine with a bit of damage to the wheel (previous user had a steering assist clamp on it) but I'm sure I can take it apart for just the switches and modify my current one. I only paid $160 including shipping which equates to £109.00.
There is another one for sale listed at $258.27 or make an offer and when I contacted the seller, he said total cost with shipping to UK will be $325 which is about £199.00 but I think you can probably negotiate a better deal with him.
