I think it depends on the year, Cruise Control is easy to fit (10 mins) on pre about 04/04 cars and I believe the mf steering wheel is similar.
If the connector is there (its easy to check under the steering column I recall) its a really quick job, otherwise the cost wouldn't be worth it.
