Multi CD Skipping

My multi CD changer tends to skip quite a lot while driving over small ish bumps etc - i live in the joyful area of south yorkshire where we have some of the worst roads in the UK, pot holes and speed bumps plague most of the streets where i drive regularly.

its pretty annoying, does anyone else suffer with this problem? are there any suggestions to fix it? (other than listening to the radio!) iv actually found iv started to drive slower in order to prevent it skipping

Mine used to skip if I hit a pothole, but hasn't skipped once since I ditched the runflats...

....Beat me to it, my multi CD was constantly jumping and was cured when I changed to non-runflats

problem is... i have non runflat tyres!!

i guess il just have to put it down to the potholes! cheers guys!
