Hi Peter. Unfortunately a change of plans here and cannot now attend this one. Thanks anyway, Si
 
Following move to 'level 3' in Scotland from the 26th April the trip is confirmed.

Last call for anyone else wishing to join.

Draft routes been sent out now to attendees.

Few strong showers on my drive across to Glasgow from home via Peebles..the English contingent looked like they were enjoying themselves on the way up this afternoon..

Looks like we will get some rain over Saturday but hopefully some roof down motoring as well👍

Shame you didnt know it was cancelled before you got there. Just as well the roads are great on the way round

It's all part of the journey :driving: A group of around 7 Aston's were heading to the ferry as we were leaving, another group enjoying the damp Scottish welcome :thumbsup:

I guess an interesting insight into CalMac’s operation..I checked the status first thing..no mention...they are now running again..the water was really calm all day so quite why they called it off..lunch break? :tumbleweed:

Something to consider if you are dependent on their schedule :driving:
 
Despite the weather, was a good day today. Weather has eased now so a few after dinner pics.

Quite so..we had a pleasant few extra hours in Tarbert and a great evening meal...we will do the Mull of Kintyre and see where they shot the video tomorrow morning :driving:
