Few strong showers on my drive across to Glasgow from home via Peebles..the English contingent looked like they were enjoying themselves on the way up this afternoon..

Looks like we will get some rain over Saturday but hopefully some roof down motoring as well

Don’t pay the ferryman..the Portvadie ferry was cancelled...so bit of re-planning required..

It's all part of the journey A group of around 7 Aston's were heading to the ferry as we were leaving, another group enjoying the damp Scottish welcome

I guess an interesting insight into CalMac’s operation..I checked the status first thing..no mention...they are now running again..the water was really calm all day so quite why they called it off..lunch break?

Something to consider if you are dependent on their schedule

Quite so..we had a pleasant few extra hours in Tarbert and a great evening meal...we will do the Mull of Kintyre and see where they shot the video tomorrow morning
