tbh they dont stand out on the black very much so if they protect the paint must be good , the rear make the car look lower and wider which aint a bad thing , fronts will grow on me :D

If getting mud flaps will allow my car to be as clean as yours with the roads as dirty as they are then i'd buy 2 for each wheel

Looks like even your exhaust backbox is clean :o

You can probably get away with black on black, but to me they do nothing for the look or lines of the car.

They are of course practical in Winter keeping all that crud and chips off the vulnerable sills.

Would probably work on a white car too - rally-slag stylee. Although you could always get them colour-coded.

I wonder how much they'd reduce spray for the cars behind you (aren't they always)? Although looking at some of my 'dirty' pics, I think a lot of the crud comes from under the top of the wheel arch, rather than straight back.

^^^^^i would swap my clean , shiney wheels for your dirty ones if your interested ?
Sorry, but the wheels in the photo now belong to someone else :P

Ahem, why do you think I put them on mine last year ? It keeps it a lot cleaner as well as protecting various bits from stone chips. But they only look good on Black or White cars... :P :P

 From me on the mudflaps they are one step away from a towbar in my eyes.

 on your Z she looks in very good order
