Top bombing mr bear
They are a nice place to cover touring miles :driving:
They feel very refined & "grown up " by E85 86 comparison
Enjoy it

Nice one Rob

You'll have to let us know your thoughts on the 3 litre E89 compared to your Si.

I can understand why you drove home
under the cover of darkness

Enjoy the new car, will be a very different experience.

Welcome to the 21st century Mr Bear  that must have been the longest week ever waiting for it to show up! Enjoy :driving: :D

looks very nice. Enjoy :driving:
If you drove home in the dark you will have noticed a difference from the E85 already
You can actually see where you are going without putting full beam on! :D

Agreed, the lights are epic 8) it sounds less boomy in the cabin & im not sure if these have the sound generator the e85 has? The exhaust sounds different-it has a bit more of a rasp :driving:

I hope your 3.0 doesn't have the same drinking habit as Paul's 2.5, or our little jaunt next year is going to be a grand tour of French service stations :poke:

Looks a treat though Rob, I found it on AT and had a look, is it still on run flats or have they been ditched?

Stu.

Incredibly it turned in 43mpg on the drive home :o not sure how that happened!
Still got the run flats fitted but doesn't seem as harsh or as tram-liney (us that even a real word) as I remember my si on those tyres.
I'm off to the dealers with the vin tomorrow to find out the spec of the car
