What I don't like is how they often canabalise the cars they sell. I.e. I find their prices as inflated as main dealers despite being 'specialists'. a few years back the salesman tried to sell me a car as an m sport that I knew for a fact wasn't an m sport but had m sport wheels added to it and m sport steering wheel.
I recall looking to test drive a 630i a few years back too which they wanted a £250 deposit before allowing a test drive.
Their prices are crazy for high mileage cars.
