Anyone here follow the MotoGP? Great race today and a fantastic result for Valentino Rossi as he became the first rider to achieve 5000 championship points.

I watch it, great for Rossi he has shown that hes still got it.
Felt sorry for Marquez but he pretty much has enough of a lead to win the championship again.
Lorenzo just doesnt seem to get on with Michelins though.

Yamaha are back on song, Marques was on the limit trying to stay with someone he hasnt seen the arse end of in two years fantastic for the sport, tomorrow moto gp is back as a biker topic of conversation, about time.

I had kind of lost interest in MotoGP coz Marques was winning everything, amazing talent, but its great to see the doc winning again.

Someone sent me this last night, I'd love to have taken the one of him with the champagne bottle:

They're all on Bridgestones.
You are right its meant to be Michelins next year.
There was a change to the tyres that doesnt seem to suit Lorenzo, cant remember what it was.

Great win for Rossi - just when you think he's past his best......... :)

Over the course of a season Moto GP gets my vote over F1 - the Hamilton/Rosberg "situation" is the only
"Interesting" thing in F1 right now.

There never seems to be team orders in any of the bike racing.
You only have to look at WSB the other week when Melandri stormed past his team mate Guintoli in both races to claim victory even though he cannot win the championship and Guintoli can. Guintoli basically lost out on 10 important points.

Brilliant to see VR make the Yamaha work

Marquez is an amazing rider.I sSaw him in Germany starting from the pit lane and still winning.

The exciting thing is that he reckons his younger brother is even faster that should confuse the commentators even more
