mot fail which bushes and where please

Hi all now in my 6th year of relatively pain free motoring.
Car has just failed its mot, both suspension arm bushes need replacing
Can anyone recommend which ones I get fitted? And if I should do anything else whilst there being done?
Also where I can get the bushes parts from.

I take it these are the front control arm bushes, as usual?

The standard bushes are oil filled and whilst good when new degrade quickly, Meyle do a set of HD bushes which although the same hardness rubber are not oil filled and as such last longer and give a bit more stiffness, albeit with a little more noise and vibration, but nothing to worry about, So a good option is Meyle HD.

Hi I will check that they are the front control arms, just typed what it said on the fail sheet...

Has to be the 'lollipop' bushes if it's the suspension arms on the front. I have Superpro bushes on mine. They're polyurethane so much stiffer than standard items, but the car drives really well so I'm happy with them.
