MOT advisory

Hi everyone. Woke the Z4 up out of winter storage today and got an MOT done. It passed but with an advisory.
Front tyres slightly worn on inner edges. Surprised me a little as wear normally on outer edges. So my first thought is to get a 4 wheel alignment check done.
Is this a good plan or could it be something else? If so do they actually adjust all 4 wheels or do they just adjust the front.

I thought wear was more likely on the inner edges due to the camber settings?

Yep, wear on the inner edges seems to be pretty normal on these cars. Mine have worn loads on the inner edge, but still have OK tread on the rest of the front tyres.
