Recent mot advisory
Suspension arm has slight play in a ball joint front lower (both)

Suspension arm has slight play in a pin/bush front lower(both rear)

As not mechanically minded was wondering as to what this is likely to cost to do.

The easiest fix if you can do it yourself would be replace the lower arm(s) to change the ball joints and the use Poly bush kits to replace the rear mounting bushes. Where are you located?

Want to get it done before I sell it, had a service last week and although there saying it doesn’t need doing yet, would prefer to sell it with a clean bill of health.

Bottom arms £60 a pop. Not too hard to change yourself if you've got the right tools. Otherwise 1.5hrs labour or so.
