Already spend £200 odd quid on new roundels, clear brake light, ZHP gear knob etc...

And now, having been speaking to Mark at BMAutosport, there's some 18" anthracite staggered CSL reps en route... (Mrlozzer also partly to blame)

How does this happen with every car I buy?!

It's not your fault - it is us, egging you on. Don't beat yourself up... I have actually lost track of how much I have spent, and as deka has proven above, we're continually helping spend each other's money :D

When I firsr bought my z4, I kept a note of how much I spent and what I bought. now i've just decided to not bother writing it down as I don't want to know

+1 :D

It turns out Mrs B has a good memory for these things, so every once in a while she tries to remind me... I just stick my fingers in my ears and go 'lalalalalalala...' until her lips stop moving :D

You can imagine the conversation when I turned up with #69, completely unannounced! Can you guess why my expenses, bonuses etc all go into a separate bank account?

I wouldn't dream of doing this :?

I am not, however, brave enough to just turn up with a whole new car. Yet :D

Nope. I said to SWMBO and one of her friends just the other day that I reckoned now my spacers are on, the last thing I need to do really is fit the Eibachs already in my garage. Just 3 days later I am now playing with the idea of a leather trimmed dash project using old bits from someone else. All because of a thread about a carbon leather dash I couldn't justify... Just in my head for now, but right next to the aero skirts I discounted but would do if I got half a chance, a Gruppe M air box, ///M wheels... That's well over a grand stored up on stuff that - if I am honest with myself - are not in any way essential, or required. At all.

Adamski will tell you, the list never ends :P :D

Owned mine less than six months. My signature shows the severity of my illness... plus I'm busy resisting the urge to start modding Mrs Lozzer's X3
