They were taken with a Canon EOS 5D Mkii and an EF 24-70 f/2.8L lens. ISO 800 and 1/250 on a tripod. Probably could have done with being a tad faster. The lens was wide open at 2.8 hence they're not perfectly in focus as it's a narrow depth of field. It was a horrid gloomy day You could get the same results with a decent compact though on a tripod or steady stand, don't be overly impressed with the kit list.
With hindsight I'd have cranked up the ISO and closed the lens down a bit to get more in focus, but you live and learn. Noise from a high ISO can be gotten rid of in software later.
