Hi I have a Z4 28i which has been remapped and I would like to know what are the best next performance mods to do unfortunately it looks like i can’t get a Xhp gearbox remap as they don’t seem to do one for the z4 28i what should I do next any suggestions would be grt

Depends... if you're actually gonna take it on track, then brakes and tyres next.

If you're purely road use, then a nice set of wheels and perhaps some lowering springs or coilovers? Exhaust maybe?

If it’s been re-mapped you’ve arrived at the zenith of cost effective improvements..

Sports cat exhaust £1,000 5-20 BHP
Bigger turbo £2,000 20-35 BHP
Larger FMIC £500 10-20 BHP
Airbox ££ no change

After that it gets very expensive and potentially destructive…buy a 35i if you need more straight line speed..

N20s despite being shelled out like peas do vary quite a bit on how they respond…generally speaking later cars with the better HPFP and EWG do better..on a dyno corrected to reflect the book number then you should see 265-290 depending on how good the engine is and how brave the tuner is with your car..with turbo engined cars making power is easy..holding it together at elevated levels is more complex..
