Hi,
Its been some time since my last post but many thanks for the advice given on types of oil to stick in the car etc. It`s had engine and diff oil replaced also plugs, filters and worn coils. I do seem to have hit the problem that many others have hit...a stuck solid auto gearbox fill plug, still to be resolved. Whilst i`m on about it, i had to source the gasket from BMW. It cost nearly £15 for a bit of what resembles 0.5cm wide greaseproof paper with 22 holes in it! The packaging it came in looked like it would cost more than the gasket. Anyway here`s some more photos
