Can anyone put these into layman terms please?

Looks like a generic reader which is not ideal as leaves a lot of guesswork. It’s probably the last items in the list i.e lambda heater and mixture prep.

I would ignore the lambda for now and concentrate on the mixture, which in turn is most likely a split elbow on the intake house (common problem on the m54)
