Montego Blue Manual Z4 Sport Coupe - Reduced to £6,600

So after having my heart stolen by an MC my 3.0Si Coupe is up for sale sadly, but I can't afford both! :roll:

FWIW according to the database a forum member put together it is one of just 3 manual Sport Coupes in Montego Blue with Pearl Grey and Cirrus aluminium trim in the UK!

I think the ad covers most of it, but this being z4forum, while it has a stubby fitted it also comes with a whippy! And a boxed K & N air filter I bought on here but haven't needed. It has black kidneys fitted at present because I think they look better, but I still have the grey ones so it could come with either. I also fitted a new genuine BMW roundel on the front 2 months ago.

It was registered on 29 December 2006, and service history is detailed below.

21,073 - Oil Service - 09/01/08 - Blue Bell, Wilmslow (Main Agent).

44,236 - Inspection 1 & Brake Fluid - 16/0609 - Blue Bell, Wilmslow (Main Agent).

54,410 - "Sales Service" - 15/06/11 - ESP Cars, Nottingham.

59,834 - Oil Service - 21/06/12 - KV Cars, Halifax.

71,008 - Inspection 2 - 17/06/14 - Biddenden Motor Works.

73,839 - Oil Service - 07/07/15 - Biddenden Motor Works.

82,481 - Inspection 1 & Brake Fluid - 22/06/17 - TWG Automotive, Camberley.

89,964 - Oil Service & Brake Fluid - 17/06/19 - TWG Automotive, Camberley.

TWG Automotive are a highly rated BMW Specialist who look after at least 2 forum members' MCs (as well as my daily BMWs for the last 5 years). The Principal, Will, is ex-Sytner.

The car comes with 2 keys, one OE the other a Bentley-style flip key cut and coded by "ducklakeview" in 2016 at the same time as he replaced the rear brake pipes to get rid of those advisories in its past!

The car also had a new battery in December 2016 and a new A/C condenser in July 2019 at TWG.

It is located in Sandhurst, Berkshire (GU47) so also very close to the Surrey and Hampshire borders.

Anyway I'll add another photo here of the driver's seat bolster which is pretty amazing after so many miles.

So my Gumtree advert has expired, but I suspect the time of year hasn't been ideal.

Anyway I'll be putting it up on Auto Trader and Gumtree again, but in the meantime hopefully I got some better photos, so here goes!

The photos are much better! Will probably go soon now that it's on AutoTrader. I never even considered checking Gumtree for cars when looking for cars I bought in the past. I mostly see Gumtree as the go to place for old used appliances and stolen bicycles.

Well my car was viewed by a forum member this morning and he is going to consider whether he wants to go ahead over the weekend.

Hi Ash,

It has the standard stereo system. Tyres are Bridgestone Potenza run-flats and the fronts have about 6mm. One rear has 5mm, the other 4mm.

I discovered yesterday it looks like the water pump is the original.

You definitely need to get this on Autotrader or/as well as PistonHeads.
I didn't really look out of those two when looking for my car so I'm sure the same will go for many other people.
I wouldn't look on Ebay or Gumtree for a car personally.

Don't give it away Iain. You know and anyone that has seen it knows its a decent well kept and loved car. Sometimes its just a lucky person with the right money at the right time. Hang in there and get what its worth and get those adds up.
