After 3 weeks of ownsership with my Z4 coupe, I have decided to go for the Mondial Comprehensive warranty.
I have 3 months of warranty from the Seat garage I bought it from, however the maximum claim is pretty low and I dont want to have to travel 70 miles to the garage each time.
I was pleasantly surprised that the comprehensive warranty with £100 excess was only £39 a month (08 plate coupe with 42K miles). Was tempted to drop to the named component (£33 a month) but for the sake of £6 it is better to have almost everything covered.
My only concern is the past service history, It has full BMW history with stamped book however I think the previous owner followed the onboard computer and not the time, as a result the second service was 2 years and three months after the one before
so am slightly worried that this could cause problems if they look into it... if so I may as well cancel now and get my money back.
