Just got my 10 plate 3.0 auto z4 but noticed moisture in both the head light clusters. I have never had this on the other 3 zds I have owned, other than the clear fog lights and side indicators.

Should I get BMW to look and replace?

yes.
Had a problem with one of my rear light clusters and it is a known fault, think fronts are rarer issue but get it sorted

If anyone's is out of Warrenty and this happens, you could use the gel bags that come in shoe boxes (eBay etc) to collect the moisture.

I thought someone on here had tried the bag method and the bag had split eating into the wires or something like that?

so its like my old one, had issues with fog lights and indicators. but this is more serious, the zenons are very expensive if a water droplet hits them

DON'T DO IT!!!!

See here for an explanation why: http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=25715&hilit=headlight+silicone#p357070

:D

Dam washed it first time today and one of the rears mists up. infact its got a fair bit of water inside. So will be getting it to the main dealer ASAP.

Just back from the dealer and the back one was replaced but they are saying the front ones are vented so is natural depending on the weather conditions.

They do dry out and some days no fogging occurs

Not happy with that and will monitor but if it fogs up too much it will inter fear with the beam.
