Mods You Regret

Are you saying that PVR can't park?
You should have made a sneaky swap before selling your other Zed...

They're not curbed, so his parking is fine, but there are some stone chips - mainly the fronts as PVR kept forcing BMW to give him new rears as a result of the same issue... Crap OEM paint job, not his fault. The fronts weren't quite bad enough for them to replace last time he asked them to replace them :x

And no, I couldn't - quite apart from having to swap tyres too, my old one went the day before I collected the new one... And I'd never be that dishonest :!:
:? I wasn't suggesting you should be dishonest, just that you should have picked the wheels you wanted and then advertised and sold the other car. My main purpose was to take the mick out of PVR anyway....

Not a thing (at this point). The exhaust (on the 2.5i) was not really worth the trouble and cost, but that's only because the 2.5i was getting pulled anyways.

This...

Bought it months ago and can't bring myself to fit it, not that it would work anyway. £60 down the drain!

Buying a stubby aerial. Radio reception was awful after so switch straight back to the whip.

stubby only affects AM/MW radio ;)
The FM antenna sits behind the rear bumper, on the left side

Sorry, but when I had my Mangowalk stubby fitted it struggled with FM reception, when I refitted the whip aerial not only did reception improve I discovered my Alpine iDA HU not only displayed the radio station but the shows title and info on whatever song is playing.

I will never go back to a Stubby on any vehicle I own now or in the future they are in my experience a complete waste of time, it is the only mod I have carried out on my Zed I regret but fortunately also probably the cheapest mod I have made.

easily the ebc rotors and green stuff pads :o those rotors are hella noisy and warped easily together with the greenstuff pads.

Don't know what to tell you... I haven't had an external aerial AT ALL for a month or so.
Radio reception is just as good as it's ever been. Can get all the stations, radio names appear, RDS works fine, traffic etc.
Only when switching off FM do I hit problems.

If my amp hadn't just packed in, I'd record a vid to bolster my claim

Eibach springs.

It lowered the car too much so I would sometimes hear scrapes with speedbumps etc. And with much needed performance mods on the exhaust side in the pipeline (performance cats, you definately dont want to hit those on a speedbump!!) due to further maximizing my supercharger install I would not be able to cope with that low ride. Otherwise they were great.

However goings back to normal springs I could not get over the lesser handling compared to the eibach springs (especially cornering), so I ended up installing different swaybars (H&R) and a decent coilover kit (KW V3)
