Modified front panel and M bonnet.

Bonnet has been modified for race style lockable catches.
Front panel has been modified to cater for catch eye bolts and finished in sapphire black.

Bonnet will need repainting as the workshop that painted the car had more ambition than ability

Hope you don't mind me asking... but what was the purpose of this modification? Did you have problems latching your bonnet?

New bonnet purchased from a bmw specialist in California.

Getting 3 bonnet catches to line up and function correctly on a totally destroyed car was an option but chose not to. If one catch failed, my 2 year wait for the bonnet would of been in vain. Also the bonnet cost me a fortune to import and didn’t want to risk losing the money
