Modified CDV group buy?

Ok all there's clearly some interest in a group buy. I'm impatient once I decide to do something so anyone who is definitely "in" pm me and I'll put in the relevant order with details on cost. Cheers T
 
All done! Only 3 of us in the end but it saved a few pennies on postage and customs. Still not got around to fitting it but I'm hoping to arrange this next week. Will let you know if I think it was worth it!

Seriously guys, don't bother any decent garage worth their salt will either modify your existing one or remove it for you. The blocker can actually be pushed out of the CDV very easily without any adverse effect. Don't waste your money.

When i drove yours i never even noticed a difference!
 
On the M I did, I did not notice the difference much either. On my 3.0 it was very noticeable.

Parts are different as you noted earlier in the thread so maybe it's a better designed CDV?? :?
 
To be honest, looking in each CDV, I can't tell the difference in hole size. I suspect it must be a drive train difference rather then the restriction size.

Not sure why the part number is different either ...
