just wondering if someone has a really good contact for mobile wrapping of vehicles, vinyl work, clear bra etc etc???? Looking for someone solid in the midlands area that will come to my home...
ive just been quoted 240 quid for someone to add to pieces to vinyl to the sills of my car!!! This guy is definitely the best but.... 240 quid is a pisstake..... big time...... unless im completely mistaken and that the going rate now days...????? if anyone has a contact thats s**t hot, please get his details to me :-)

Just a thought, you can wrap the sills and they'll get pockmarked and you'll have to have them redone, or get the sills sprayed with stone guard paint?
 
Touch wood - no damage on my new skirts as of yet ...

What sort of mileage do you do that would damage them? If it is only 1k a year, I would expect that after 4 years you still "clean" and re-spraying them again would be cheaper in the long run (and look better than covered anyway ...).
 
This guy is used my Mini to do their stripes , just done the wife's new Mini 2 stripes front to back £175, wanted £120 to do my E39 bonnet.

im adding the bmw performance side decals from the f10 m5 to the side of the sill.... i just need a mobile wrapper to do the work, this wasnt to stop rock chips etc... i was just using clear bra's as one of the skills to give an indication of the type of person i was after. excuse the confusion.

Si forks, thats for that, did he do a good job???

so it is kinda expensive anyway....... so although 240 is very expensive.... its not THAT far off it seems.... however i am supplying the o.e bmw decal which itself wasnt cheap.... ill give your guy a call shortly....

the type of wrapping im going is purely cosmetic... just trying something alittle different with the older platform.... i saw something in the newbie section and wanted to give it a try on the e85 aero sill, i think it could really work with the black top, or it could look utterly shite. time will tell.... i want it to follow just under the centre crease of the aero sill.......

He might be adding "just in case"/ "don't really want to do this" tax as you're supplying the decals?
IME wrappers normally source their own material and print if required.
(We sell our printers to people who wrap vehicles)

i suppose.,.... as their a gneuine o.e piece theyre of very high quality, just wondering if i should just pay it and shut up as i know this particular guy is the best..... BUT..... it just seems really steep....however after seeing the other prices, maybe not so much so.... ??? i did try to call Si-forks dude but no answer. this could be an expensive mistake as they may look s**t anyway. lol
