mobile laser traps question

anyone know if they have to pull you over to give you a ticket when the police are stood pointing a laser camera at you? or is it straight through the post. Think I got caught last night but im not sure doh!

mine came through the post takes about 3 weeks or so.
How fast were you going because if you get stopped/zapped in a 30 zone but
your speed was under 40 (mine was 37) you have the choose to go the speed school
4 hour class, 90 pound fine. BUT no points

Not every force offers the speed awareness course, and if they do it is only for a couple of MPH over the enforcement limit generally, e.g. 35/36mph in a 30mph for instance. Varies from force to force though.

You could receive a ticket through the post, or you might've been let off. If you do receive a ticket, the NoIP/NIP must be served within a 14 day period of the offence, which is subtly different to being posted/received.

thanks forthe info god dam it! Ive no idea what speed i was doing as it was a really dark section of road so guess ill have to wait and see. Now i wish i was still living in germany so it was just a fine!
