Hi all, brand new to these parts, but I hope to be seeing a lot more of you all......... !! :D

Just ordered my Z4 coupe (3.0 si Sport), which I pick up next Friday, from a BMW dealer.

It`s in Silver-Grey, and has Dream Red Oregon leather.

Options are as follows:

Bluetooth phone prep + telematics
BMW Assist
CD changer
Composite Star Spoke 108 8/8/1/2 x 18
Loudspeaker system - BMW Business
Navigation-system Professional
Seat heating. front

I must admit, I have fallen in love with this car already, and have only driven it on the test-drive ! The looks, the interior, and last-but-not-least the drive, completely sealed it for me, and I was totally smitten with it. I have owned lots of cars in the past (getting to be a bit of an old git these days..... :lol: ), but I have NEVER been as excited to pick up a car as I am about the Z4; it really is truly stunning !!

So please bear with me this week, as it`s going to be a loooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggg seven days !!!!!!!!!
 
LOL, thanks for the replies, going to be a long week gents, as I said.

I`m trying to keep that fabulous exhaust-note in my head, until I can sample it for real again next week.

Why does time drag so slowly when you`re looking forward to something so much ?

I`m 47 now, and I know it sounds ridiculous, but I`m like a flaming kid in a sweetshop, I just can`t wait for this thing to get here..................maybe the "petrol-head" in you just NEVER goes away ?? I don`t think so, that`s for sure........ :evil:

Pics to follow once collected next week matey, and that`s a definite ! I love the colour, silver-grey, which is almost a titanium look to it.................God, I can`t blo*dy wait for next week...........aaaaaarrrrrghhhhh, it`s killing me !!!! :cry:
 
Well.........here we are a week on, and it DID pass; albeit very, VERY slowly ! :cry:

I`m picking up the new steed tomorrow afternoon, and although having owned loads of nice cars over the last few years, I can confidently say that this will be the best-looking car that has ever been in my garage; that`s for sure !

Roll on tomorrow, and some pics to come over the weekend......... :D
