Missing vent screws

Hello all, I’m missing a couple of screws to the air vents where they mount to the dash. Leading to a symphony of annoying rattles. I Can’t seem to find a supplier for the screw. No4 on the drawing, any help or alternatives would be much appreciated

There are two different sorts. The lower one is a simple self-tapper. The upper one has a lip on the head to hold the plastic cover on.
