I hate myself.
Why am I not tidy at all? :headbang:
This morning I removed the hard top but I discovered that I lost three pieces and I am not able to find the right codes of two of them in realoem/bmwfans

1. Locking lever. Lost and found out the BMW code: 54217076394
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=BT51&mospid=47797&btnr=54_0330&hg=54&fg=15

2. Small rubber lids/plugs to be used with the soft top. I am not able to give a better explanation but I have I pic :D

3. Hard plastic plugs/lids (they look like tap knobs) and they are used, after storing the hard top into its bag to cover and protect the two locks that goes into the holes that you can see in point 2

Please help me in finding out the BMW codes for 2. and 3. :?

I'd prefer to buy them in the US next week instead of being robbed here in Italy

I have recently bought my drivers side rubber cap thing - which covers the hole which the hardtop goes in.

Part code is 51437079982 - Cover - £1.89 inc vat. It was a special order as it wasnt on their part computer/ real oem. The left hand side has a similar part code - but maybe the last digit was a 1 instead - but once you give them this they will be able to get the other code for you.

Regarding part #2, another pic (but i need them in black)

Regarding part #3, this is a pic I found in google, comes from realoem but I can't find the correct "page" to get the code

I'm looking for item #4.

Covering left: 51437079981
Covering right: 51437079982

The 2 rubber infills have the following part numbers stamped on them:
51.43.7070.435
51.43.7070.436
Mine were sat in the car ready to fit :)

EDIT - looks like you already have numbers now

ahh so it was on Real oem - i struggled to find it when i was after mine!

Lateral trim who wouldnt have known!

Even the dealer had to email someone to find it for me!

This is weird...
The code stamped does not exist in realoem

This is why I want to arrive in BMW with all the codes.
If not, here in Italy, this what it would happen:
1. You go to BMW spare parts desk
2. You explain everything to the guy, in details
3. The guy will stare at you
4. the guy will stare at you, again.
5. After a few seconds and a couple of mouse clicks he will tell you: sorry, we can provide this part as a spare.

And... Last but not least...
The two missing codes!!!
2 x 54210151219

I love it, even if my English sometimes makes me feel not 100% comfortable
And you should be happy that you can't listen to my awful Italian accent.
