Misfire

Just had insp2 and now 2 weeks later the car is running poorly again,plugged in the magic box it says "cyl 3 misfire" could be a coil or connection maybe may check it myself as the bills are soaring now which is cyl 3,counting from the front I assume?
 
Yep usually counted from the front, also consider a connection or a plug but may be try swapping a coil first to check. I quite like this guys approach he's done loads of BMW videos and always has an old school tip for those of us that haven't got diagnostics (actually back to basic principles is the usually the right way).

Coils 2 and 3 swapped over,they are just pushed in with nothing solid clamping them down as far as I could make out,the fingers are crossed.
 
its done it again but this time cyl1,2,3 misfire and bank 1 stuck rich,its on startup this happens if it doesnt quite catch first crankover then the second time I think it squirts even more petrol down flooding slightly then misfires all the way home. Arealpain but I think I've got to keep it cranking over till it fires up properly.
