Misfire in cylinder 2

2003 e85 2.5i So I’ve been chasing a misfire round the engine for the past few weeks. Started out as an occasional thing so replaced coil pack. Seemed to go then came back. Took the opportunity to do some maintenance and so far done the following:

DISA valve upgrade
VANOS seals replaced
VANOS solenoid cleaned
New camshaft position sensor
New crankshaft position sensor
New spark plugs all round
New injector for cylinder 2 (haven’t been able to program it yet)
All new vacuum pipes
New o2 sensors (can’t get the bank2 post-cat one off yet)
Smoke test on hoses all good
MAF reading seems ok
Tested resistance on cylinder chips in DME, all good

Still misfiring on cylinder 2. The only code I get is 2746.

But

I’m getting no reading on accelerator position or throttle opening so now I’m thinking it’s the throttle position sensor.

Any suggestions? I’m not giving up yet!

Welcome to the forum, have you tried swapping coil packs between with no2 and another cylinder, new coils have been known to fail
