Took advantage of the nice weather and had a meet with Disca and his temporary demo Zed. Some pics...

Really nice to see Zeds out in the sunshine, does this mean its officially summer :)

Will have to dig the Z4 out of its winter slumber now :)

How are you finding the E89, Disca?

Obviously, you'll be looking forward to hopping back into an E85, but a report is always welcome!
 
The E89 is actually a really lovely car, do enjoy driving it. The 2.0 Turbo is rather good from what I've seen and so is the 8-speed auto.

It's still 0.9 slower than the 3.0si auto though so looking forward to picking up the I6 as soon as the document turns up :)

Interior is lovely though, can't fault it.

I couldn't seem to drive it, automatic gearbox was a new concept for me. Must have looked like a right learner :o

I know :cry: . This is why I need front sensors. Did this a while back, what with buying the house and related expenses needed to put sorting this out lower down on the priority list. Will get round to it.

Does it feel much heavier / bargier than the E85 to drive? When are the documents due to turn up for the 3.0si?
