Mini for the Mrs

Going to look at getting a mini for kel this weekend...
She's always wanted a mini and just having the ///M as a car hasnt worked out so we are going to have a look...
Budgeting around 10k which will hopefully get a nice example??
She isnt a speed demon but i did ask if she would have a cooper s and she didnt exactly say no...then we joked about racing each other on santa pod...

Doesnt seem to be many cooper S's around in price range and because she wont notice the difference between them she wont care much for an S
unless she finds one in pink, then its sold

You should easily find one in range. £8k up will get you a facelift cooper s...

Cooper, cooper s, you`ll both love it, wife is on her 7th since BMW re- invented the brand and just will not entertain anything else,go for it.

Too much torque steer and not really that quick, but amazing build quality

To be honest I find the lack of torque steer is very good and A to B they are quick on the road as the handling is so good! I have a blast when I drive the Mrs second gen Cooper S.

Not as good as my old 1st Gen Works Cooper S mind! 8) I've owned 3 first gen MINI's in the past.
