just got myself a run around a cooper d ! didn't drive the beastie for 17 days ! I had to give in got in him and found out the true colour of adrenalin !!!! But ! on the plus side its a rwal treat getting in the M now

I've had a mini cooper d for 4 years as a company lease, in fact it was the notification of the imminent end of its lease that prompted the zed purchase. Yes it is totally impractical, even more so than the zed as that doesn't pretend to be anything other than a bit of fun, but I have loved mine and will be gutted when I hand it back next month, despite the ridiculously hard ride and excuse for a boot.
We had hoped for a reasonable purchase price from Leaseplan but no go, pretty much what it will go for on a dealer forecourt. So my last 2 days have been spent collecting info for a cheap in all ways small car to use when the zed can't come out to play (and taking stuff to the dump ) Any suggestions?

Its an ok runaround just saying that the difference caught me out , I bought it as I have mates at bmw so the servicings etc are all at mates rates so made sense I did think of going for the little alpha but bottled it !
