Was at The Ring this summer.

Bought some (expensive aren't they?) pics from the Nurburgring photo hub.
Some were actually worth their money!

Brilliant, and I agree about the 4th photo with the inside front wheel off the ground!

Great photos! Such a great place :)
They look so good on track these cars all loaded up
Mine a couple of months after you... Didn't pay though :oldman: would only show up the poor cosmetics of the car even more

Nice one.... very brave... I've seen some of the crashes on YouTube at the Nürburgring... I just cant imagine how I would feel if I duffed up my pride and joy... devastated to say the least, but I bet it was good fun... Do you play computer driving games to learn the course, I know I have driven it many times and there is an awful lot to remember...

Thanx for all the kind replies!

It was on Michelin Supersports on 19” CSL reps. Very impressed by the SS tires, it was up to 50deg C in the tarmac at times.

No, never driven Nurburging in games.
First real visit was in 2009, and over time I learned the track simply by following the black tire marks in the ground where all pro’s gone. :)
I think I prob had it better/safer with no gaming / no pre-conseption of the track beforehand. I never thought I knew the track.

2 laps then:

Thanx all :driving:

As a X-mas extra...

A fun ”fighting” between me, a Giulia Q, M4 and a 991 GT3. They clearly not maxxing it but rather fun anyway (despite lots of yellow flags).

Enjoy :)
