Any other unexpected car manufacturer 'hook-ups' out there? I know BMW sell empty wallets and VW have their own-brand of currywurst (so can't deny selling smelly bangers) :P

Ettore Bugatti was renowned for his excellent customer relations. When a customer complained that his car wouldn't start on cold days, he replied; 'Gentlemen have heated garages'.
On another occasion, a customer complained that the brakes were not good enough. He said; 'My cars are designed to go, not stop'.

He used to vet any prospective purchaser of his Royale model, to see if he felt they were worthy of driving one.
