Milltek Exhaust

I have just had my Z4 SDRIVE35i M Sport fitted with a Milltek Exhaust. It has transformed the sound of the car completely. I had it fitted by Ray West Tuning at Thruxton Racing Circuit who did a fantastic job.
I got stopped by a Z4 driver this afternoon who told me it sounded bloody brilliant and was I on the Z4 forum. I wasn't then but I am now.

I had a Milltek fitted to my old Cooper S and it sounded amazing! A real quality product and amazing sound. No drone and really fruity going up the revs! Get some pictures up and a video

No drone at motorway speeds and I wasn't aware that the exhaust wouldn't go through an MOT. The exhaust is advertised as a CAT back system by Milltek so I'll look into the situation.

'cat bypass' .. that it removes the 2nd cats (not the engine cats) which will likely up the emissions.. may still pass of course, hence why I asked/was curious.

Good evening !!! Glad you joined ! Your car looked stunning, great colour combo and the system sounded lovely chasing from behind! I was on my way for a drive through Warwickshire with my mate in his Boxster for which I've just put a few pics on here!

There's so much useful info on here and plenty of people which a vast amount of knowledge! Hopefully catch you on the roads again!

Slightly concerned about the comments regarding the Milltek exhaust passing the MOT now that the secondary cats had been removed. I've checked out the situation with Milltek and they say it'll pass. The same system fitted to cars in Germany passes their equivalent of the MOT and their emission tests are tougher than ours.

Sorry, didn't mean to alarm you, why not take it to the local MOT station and have them do a simple emissions test?
