Mileage Call

2003 3.0i.. just reached 40200 miles [not kilometres] and a fresh oil change! no problems to date, either.

I think people should specify miles versus kilometres. I'll still never understand why the Brits still use imperial. The Americans, I can understand if not condone, but not the UK. :poke:

Anyways, I'm at about 33,000km (if you want to know what that is in miles, go back to the 60s).

I wish the US would switch to Metric... it makes the math so much easier 8)

2008 3.0si, 5600 Miles (sorry, I don't know what the conversion is or I'd post it in KM). Not yet properly broken in, but diligently working on it :driving: :D

Got my '06 M-roady on April 30th, 2006.

11300 miles in 27 months. Only driven about 700 miles so far this year; and about 3500 miles in the last 24 months.

About 36k miles on my 2003. Think she's almost run in now...

Don't you love our measurement system in the UK
We sell petrol in litres, drive in miles and calculate our fuel economy in MPG
We weigh in kilo's but to preserve heritage shops can sell in Lbs. and so on.

Ha - it don't half fool the stupid tourists and keeps the rest of Europe confused

Pre 1971 we had it really well sorted:
12d made a shilling
20 shillings made a £ or 21 Shillings a guinea
