Sounds good, only 15 mins to Scotch Corner for me. It'll be an early start but I'm used to that.

I reckon it will take about two and half hours so was planning to leave about 8 am. :)
 
Right I am still in got the exhaust on not aligned properly :thumbsdown: need to do Moore cutting and welding. But it won't fall off now!!! Got a miss match of wheels on the car but I am defiantly coming :thumbsup:

Great commitment guys that's a long journey.
 
I know I know I have the E92 //M 3 replicas wheels on the front. E46 //M 3 wheels on the back I am hopping to resolve this but I don't feel confident!!

Just need to add oil to the Zed (first time I can recall ever topping it up between 7500 mile changes :(, but it did just flick on for a second after a very quick run)

BTW - for those of you not familiar with the M42 it has variable speed traffic control. Often left at 70, but expect to see it drop to 60, 50 or 40 as the caravan show is on at the NEC and note that every 2nd or third gantry has gatso cameras on all lanes, so keep it tidy....
 
What's the weather like down there. We had a couple of inches of snow up here in Durham last night and a couple of snow showers today :(
Polished my car Friday ready for the trip but looks like its not going to stay clean for long :x
 
I have not seen any settled snow yet but there was a light 30min snow shower earlier. otherwise dry so far.
 
We are meeting at Scotch Corner at 8.00am if anyone else from up north wants to join us for the trip down.
 
Cold but blue skies today down here, saw about 6 flakes of snow while I was out detailing my wheels for an hour :headbang:

No snow or rain forcast too :thumbsup:
 
I've just finished washing my car, a few flakes of snow came down during, but not enough to even put a layer on the car and its actually fairly warm. 2c and no wind.

It's looking likely that I will make it, just got a headlight issue I need to sort so have my bumper off at the moment!
 
Sorry I can't make it guys :( I have a christening at 10am then football with my son from 2pm, enjoy the day and post some pics!! :thumbsup:
